Hazel Panels
Made to Last
We manufacture woven hazel fence panels that combine strength, durability, and rustic character. Hand-woven from natural hazel branches, they create attractive panels with a distinctive appearance, valued both in private gardens and in larger landscaping projects.
Material and workmanship
The panels are made from hazel branches with a diameter of approx. 1–2 cm, carefully prepared and hand-woven according to the selected standard. Thanks to the use of thicker rods, the structure is exceptionally stable and well suited to everyday use.
Durability without impregnation
Hazel contains natural compounds that support resistance to outdoor conditions, which is why the panels usually do not require impregnation. With proper installation and use, they can remain functional for up to around 15 years, depending on the location and conditions.
Installation and applications
The panels are quick and easy to install, making them a practical fencing solution for gardens, allotments, recreational areas, and projects where a natural appearance and efficient installation are important.
Willow or Hazel – Key Differences
Rod Thickness
willow uses younger, thinner rods (usually up to around 1 cm), while hazel fencing is made from thicker rods (up to around 2 cm).
Character and Use
Willow offers a lighter, finer appearance and is ideal for screening and decorative use. Hazel is more robust, which makes it exceptionally stable and resistant to more demanding conditions.
Maintenance and Durability
Thanks to the natural properties of the wood, hazel fencing usually does not require impregnation and, depending on site conditions, can last up to around 15 years. For maximum durability, we recommend oil impregnation for willow fencing.
Material and Selection
Everything starts with the raw material – because it determines the durability and appearance of the finished product. At Prodeko, we work with natural materials selected for their stability, aesthetics, and suitability for garden use. Each batch is carefully chosen to maintain a consistent standard across entire production series.
As a result, our fencing and garden elements offer consistent quality while preserving their natural, rustic character.
Production, Craftsmanship and Quality Control
We combine craftsmanship with a controlled production process. The elements are prepared and assembled in a way that ensures consistent standards in terms of dimensions, finish, and structural durability. Every stage of production is supervised, and each finished batch undergoes quality control before packaging.
This allows us to provide regular deliveries for B2B customers without compromising on quality.
Packaging and Shipment Preparation
We package our products to ensure safe transport and convenient further distribution. For our trade partners, we prepare orders in clearly organised series, with the option to adapt the packaging method to the customer’s logistics requirements.
